		<description>Great point with the accessories. They are always a good way to make the same suit look totally different every time you wear it. I agree with others though that when in doubt, it&#039;s best to go conservative (which doesn&#039;t always mean boring!)</description>

I understand the concern of not wanting to be &quot;over dressed&quot; when trying to win over management. However I would still suggest wearing a suit unless they specify otherwise. Check out the site below which talks about business attire vs. business casual. I think once you have the job you can dress more casual if that is the work environment there but for the interview stick with the suit.
